Greetings once again from Seconds Before HQ.  As the summer winds
down, there are a few things left to look forward to.  Free outdoor
air conditioning, non-stop political campaigning, “purple angst” - the
list goes on and on.  But the thing we are looking forward to the most
is the CD release show for our newest full length album, Change Is The
Only Constant.We started work on this record last October, and what
a long, strange journey it has been.  But it’s done and we couldn’t be
happier with it, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

We’ve rounded up some of our best friends in the local music scene to
play with us (Down And Above, Attention, and Kingfield) at one of our
favorite clubs in town (Triple Rock Social Club).  As special one-time
deal, we’re giving a copy of the new disc for every paid admission to
the show.  That’s right - you come to the show, you walk away with the
new disc, gratis.  Of course, if you can’t make this event, the album
will always be $5 at other shows, so it’s still a pretty hot deal.  If
you just can’t wait to get your hands on it, check out any of the Twin
Cities Cheapo or Down In The Valley locations.  If digital is your
thing, expect to see it online in all the major online stores
including iTunes, Amazon, etc. in September.
